Introducing Scott McGeever
As the Co-founder and Director it gives me great pleasure to introduce myself and the Property Searchers team.
I firmly believe that the best results are achieved when you surround yourself with, positive, energetic and highly capably people, and the team at Property Searchers meets these requirements and more.
I have a strong respect for the property sector and throughout my 20 years of working within the industry, I have made it my personal business to remain current and have welcomed many leadership roles.
Through the vice President and Presidency roles of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA), and now as the elected Queensland State Representative, I have played an active role in promoting public awareness about the role of buyers’ agents. I have also lobbied government about tightening consumer protection laws and regulating the industry, something which I continue to be involved in on an ongoing basis at both a state and national level.
My experience as a Certified Practising Valuer has served me well when determining the ‘right’ purchase price a client should pay for a property. We regularly save or make thousands and tens of thousands of dollars for our clients. Over the years I have witnessed the ‘tricks of the trade’ which mitigate risk for and on behalf of all of our valued clients.

Introducing Carolyn Campbell
Carolyn joined Property Searchers in early 2002 and it quickly became apparent that she is a natural people person, highly suited to working on many levels for her clients seeking properties, whether as an owner occupier or an investor. Carolyn's enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge was awarded with her elevation to senior buyers' agent and negotiator, then General Manager overseeing the daily coordination of searching for our clients.
Recent client feedback regarding Carolyn stated that: “Trust is very important... Carolyn was awesome right throughout the process and we trusted her ability to give us an expert valuation and sound advice.” Michael H. Rio Tinto Australia recently transferred to Brisbane.

Sue's Business Principle

Introducing Sue Aspinall
Sue joined Property Searchers in 2009, bringing with her more than ten years experience in various roles in research and analysis, project management and policy development at two major national not-for-profit organisations in the healthcare sector.
Coming from a service focussed environment, Sue offers clients the highest level of client service, as well as expertise in finding top quality properties through her critical analysis skills.
Sue's attributes include research skills, including the ability to search and analyse data as well as apply research findings; experience in managing the human and material resource needs of a small team; experience in project design, implementation and evaluation; and experience in assisting with event management (functions and conferences). Through this Sue's organisational skills are excellent.
Sue is a Registered Real Estate Agent, and member of an all girls investment club. She also has a Master of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Nursing.

Introducing Amanda McGeever
Amanda, as the Co-founder and Accounts Manager of the business, has taken a very active role in developing the Property Searchers business based on the sound principles of honesty, integrity and instilling in the team our single minded focus of representing only you the buyer.
Amanda was Property Searchers first full time employee and set the bar high early on with many policies and procedures which we have continued to build on over the years.
It’s been largely due to Amanda’s drive and commitment that many great results have been achieved for our clients. She takes a personal interest in the welfare of each client, both directly and indirectly, and
offers a leading hand in sourcing many of the outstanding properties we purchase for our clients.Amanda originally gained her business acumen and expertise in management working in many diverse industries throughout Australia and abroad. Her accumulated knowledge and sixth sense is invaluable.
