There is a whole class of people who choose to rent. They might be professional people who own their own property interstate, in other suburbs or in regional areas. They can often afford to buy but choose to rent and use their money for other things. They may rent due to temporary circumstances - renovation of their own property or breakdown of a relationship. Whatever the reason, it is not for us to question.
But these people are like GOLD and so often they are made to feel like second-class citizens! We like to treat all our tenants like real people with real needs who are paying real money to look after your real estate. Most of our tenants are just like this. Speak to a Property Manager who cares about your real estate and manages it accordingly. There are lots of these tenants out there and we would love to find some for your rental property.
