Our fees are fixed

Our fees are fixed upfront based on the complexity of what we are asked to do. As a general example of someone using our full service, after we establish the complexity of the search in regard to criteria and budget we set a fixed amount upfront. To fully understand a client’s needs, we need to have a detailed discussion with them first. Our fee may vary if your criterion differs greatly from our initial discussion.

Our fees are payable in two installments, please contact us and complete the form with your full details and criteria so we can contact you to discuss.

• Retainer fee payable upon signing our paperwork;
• Success fee payable once the contract for the property purchased becomes unconditional.

We offer an initial complimentary meeting to discuss and outline our extensive experience and how we can put you in control of your next purchase.  Additionally, if you purchase additional properties through Property Searchers, you will qualify for a discount from our fees.

Our engagement period applies for up to four months. However, our average search time frame takes just 28 days.
