Our Vendor Advocacy service will ensure that the service delivered is worth the commission paid (including a fair marketing budget to represent the property), and the right agent is chosen. We will also establish an accurate valuation figure for the property so that a sensible price/reserve may be set and achieved and an effective marketing campaign accomplished.
For an auction, on the day of sale, the vendor will not be subject to any forceful tactics of selling the property too cheaply or pressures to prematurely place the property on the open market.
